Welcome to 3 Bite Tacos, where the vibrant flavors of Tex-Mex come alive in the heart of Vero Beach, Florida! Our story begins with Alfonse Alexander, who grew up on the lively west side of San Antonio, Texas where he developed a passion for the bold and comforting flavors of the local cuisine as prepared by his grandmother and aunt.

Military service brought Alfonse to Jacksonville in 1980, and he decided to make Florida home. After college, he ended up in Vero Beach and eventually entered a successful career as a small business owner all the while never
losing the inspiration to share his beloved family recipes with the community.

At 3 Bite Tacos, we take pride in serving these authentic dishes. From our signature tacos to our homemade guacamole, every bite is a taste of Texas sunshine. We welcome you to join us on this delicious journey and experience the warmth of Tex-Mex hospitality!
